For our Client, a financial advisory firm, we are looking for an:
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings and conference calls both internally and externally;
Handling emails and replying;
Prepares and files expense reports;
Maintains marketing and client information in the company database;
Makes necessary complex travel arrangements including flights, taxis, hotels, restaurant reservations and local travel arrangements;
Prepares, copies and binds materials as requested; creates and modifies documents; edits existing presentations, and creates new presentations, using PowerPoint;
Answers calls, provides information/assistance, takes accurate messages and forwards calls to appropriate staff member;
Job qualifications:
Excellent use of Word, Excel and Power Point;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Advanced level of English;
Previous experience is desiderable;
Ability to work under pressure and to adhere to deadlines;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
Reliable, flexible.
Contract type: Temporary (Contratto a tempo determinato)
Location: Milan.
